BY USING THE WEBSITE, AND/OR BY REGISTERING WITH US, YOU SIGNIFY THAT YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS, including that you consent to the information practices disclosed in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference, and that you agree to comply with applicable laws, governed and interpreted by the country (hereinafter referred to as “India”). Please note that we offer the Website ‘AS IS’ and without warranties. If you are registering an account or using the Website on behalf of an individual or entity other than yourself, you represent that you are authorized by such individual or entity to accept these Terms & Conditions on such individual or entity’s behalf.

In addition, you understand that the specific method, features and services offered on vakalatexpert.in may be altered, improved, removed or adapted at any time by vakalatexpert.in in its sole discretion and without any notice. If you do not agree with any of these terms, refrain from using this Website.

We are a technology company enabling legal service providers to access client demand through our platform. vakalatexpert.in has no control over the Services provided by the Lawyer listed on our platform as the Lawyer is independent and not an employee of vakalatexpert.in. vakalatexpert.in will not be responsible in case of any issues or discrepancies with the Services provided by the Lawyer.

All materials and information on the Website are provided for informational purposes only and may not reflect current legal developments or variations in law across jurisdictions. The materials do not necessarily reflect the opinions of the Lawyers, Law Firms, partners, clients or affiliates. The information is not guaranteed to be correct, complete, or up to date. The mere receipt of an email or a post on the Website does not create a Lawyer–client relationship. The applicable Lawyer or Law Firm is solely responsible for providing its services to you, and you agree that vakalatexpert.in shall not be liable for any damages or costs arising from your use of such services. Any claim arising out of your relationship with a Legal Expert, Law Firm or Lawyer shall be brought solely against such party, as vakalatexpert.in only aggregates legal service demand.

vakalatexpert.in, Legal Experts, Lawyers or Professionals using vakalatexpert.in (collectively “Lawyers”), affiliates and third‑party providers (collectively “Affiliates”) shall serve you under the following terms and conditions:

  1. USING THE WEBSITE

All users must be eighteen (18) years or older. In the case of minor consumers, a parent or guardian must accept this Agreement and guide all consultations.

The user takes full responsibility for ensuring that the information submitted is accurate. vakalatexpert.in makes no effort to validate user information for correctness or usability but may request additional information when required.

  1. HOW DOES IT WORK?

If you choose a paid service on vakalatexpert.in, you will be charged a fee. The fee is paid to the Lawyer as compensation for time spent providing services within a limited‑scope Lawyer–client relationship and also covers platform and technology costs. vakalatexpert.in is not responsible for the consultation or assistance provided by Lawyers. Booking confirmations may be communicated via email, SMS or phone.

vakalatexpert.in does not solicit, endorse or promote any individual listed on the Website.

  1. INDEPENDENCE OF LAWYERS

Opinions, statements and answers provided by Lawyers through vakalatexpert.in are solely their independent opinions and do not reflect the views of vakalatexpert.in or its affiliates. vakalatexpert.in does not recommend or endorse any specific Lawyer or professional. Information is provided on an ‘as‑is’ basis without warranties.

Lawyers listed on vakalatexpert.in are not employees or agents of vakalatexpert.in. Although basic information is collected, vakalatexpert.in does not verify credentials or qualifications. Users are encouraged to conduct independent due diligence.

  1. MEMBERSHIP TERMS

You represent that you are at least eighteen years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

International users consent to the collection, use and transfer of information outside their jurisdiction as described in the Privacy Policy.

  1. SCOPE OF SERVICES

vakalatexpert.in and third‑party professionals accept no responsibility for outcomes related to services obtained through the Website. Online, phone or video consultations may not be appropriate for every issue.

  1. USER PROFILE

Your profile stores consultation records and related information. You agree to provide accurate and updated information. vakalatexpert.in may maintain or delete records in accordance with internal policies.

  1. SUPPLEMENTARY COMMUNICATION

With consent, vakalatexpert.in may simulate newsletters or informational messages. Such communications are informational only and do not substitute professional advice.

  1. PROTECTION OF PROPRIETARY INFORMATION

All services, software, designs and content are proprietary to vakalatexpert.in and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

  1. ETIQUETTE AND PRIVACY

Users must not impersonate others, send spam, misuse data, or compromise security. Accounts violating these terms may be terminated.

  1. ELECTRONIC PAYMENT

Payments may be facilitated through third‑party providers. vakalatexpert.in does not store payment details and is not responsible for third‑party payment providers.

  1. PAYMENT, CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

All fees must be paid upfront. Cancellation requests must be emailed to info@vakalatexpert.in at least 24 hours before the appointment. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 15 working days, subject to a 10% processing deduction.

  1. SUSPENSION DUE TO NON‑COMPLIANCE

Services may be suspended for inaccurate information, payment failures, force majeure events, non‑response, or breach of these Terms.

  1. DISCLAIMERS

Use of vakalatexpert.in is at your sole risk. Services are provided ‘as‑is’ without warranties. vakalatexpert.in is not liable for third‑party content or links.

  1. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Participating professionals must comply with applicable professional conduct rules.

  1. OWNERSHIP OF CONTENT

Free questions and answers become the property of vakalatexpert.in.

  1. NON‑CIRCUMVENTION

All communications and transactions must occur through the vakalatexpert.in platform. Circumvention may lead to suspension.

  1. EXCEPTIONS

Exceptions require a separate written agreement.

  1. OFF‑BOARDING

Breach may result in immediate termination.

  1. REPORTING

Users should report violations promptly.

  1. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms constitute the entire agreement and supersede prior communications. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
